I’m an instructional designer with experience in online learning, faculty development, and cross-functional collaboration. I enjoy leading efforts to find practical, supportive solutions that help learning experiences succeed.
With expertise in both the strategic and design sides of learning, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my work. I’ve led course development initiatives, mentored faculty, and created systems that streamline processes, reducing development bottlenecks and improving learner engagement along the way.
I’m passionate about using emerging technologies and learning platforms to create engaging, effective experiences for learners at all academic and professional levels - including faculty, higher education students, state agency professionals, and noncredit learners. My goal is to design inclusive, intuitive learning grounded in clear outcomes. I believe in a practical, human-centered approach that aligns vision with execution to advance learner success.
